Politique d’expédition

Products are shipped from the Canadian depot in Mississauga-Area within 2-3 business days after processing is done at our depot. That order may increase to up to 7 business days in higher volume periods. All products are shipped via Canada Post to Canadian addresses or in some cases UPS where rates are lower. Once your order is processed, you will be emailed your tracking number. All orders can be tracked by logging into your SoursopShop Account.

We offer Free shipping (for orders over $150 via Canada Post for orders only in Canada and can take 5 to 10 days to reach the addresses).

Transit times to Greater Toronto, Hamilton, and Niagara Region 2-3 days.

To locations outside the GTA, Hamilton, and Niagara Region 3-4 days.

To Quebec and the Maritimes, 4-5 days Montreal area may be faster.

Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta 4-5 days.

British Columbia,NWT, and Yukon (5-10 days).

USA  5-10 days

Orders to the USA are delivered by USPS but shipped by Canada Post.

Shipping Carriers might take longer than usual to process which is also beyond SourSopShop Inc. control. The delivery date of your order depends on when the order leaves our depot, the destination address for the item, and the shipping method. For select items. We offer an Estimated Delivery Date during checkout. An Estimated Delivery Date is a calculation of several factors, including Item availability, processing time in our depot, the shipping method you select, and the shipping destination.

Same-Day Delivery Policy:

Order Placement

Orders placed before noon (12:00 PM) may qualify for same-day delivery.
The cut-off time for no guarantee of same-day service is 4:00 PM.

Subject to Change

Same-day delivery is subject to change based on order volume, weather conditions, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Charges

Additional delivery charges may apply based on the distance of delivery.

Service Area

Same-day delivery is applicable only in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
